Meetings may be called by the chairperson or upon written request of any three members of the board. The chairperson shall preside at allmeetings or in the chairperson’s absence, the vice chairperson shall preside. The members of the board shall be paid their actual expenses while attending the meetings. Eachmember of the board may also be able toreceive compensation as provided in section 7E.6. CS83, §217A.6 CS85, §246.106 C93, §904.106
