Whoever maliciously and without just cause procures a search warrant to be issued and executed is guilty of a serious misdemeanor. Anyone who, in executing a search warrant, willfully exceeds the person’s authority, or exercises itwith unnecessary severity, is guilty of a serious misdemeanor.
