1. For purposes of this section, “short-barreled rifle”or “short-barreled shotgun” means the same as defined in 18 U.S.C. §921. 2. A person shall not knowingly possess a short-barreled rifle or short-barreled shotgun in violation of federal law. 3. A person who possesses a short-barreled rifleor short-barreled shotgun in violation of subsection 2 commits a class “D” felony.
