A person who commits criticalinfrastructure sabotage as defined in section 716.11 isguilty ofa class“B”felony, and in addition to the provisions of section902.9, subsection 1, paragraph “b”, shall be punished by a fine of not less than eighty-five thousand dollars nor more than one hundred thousand dollars.
