1. A person who commits an unlawful act under thissubchapter and who causes pecuniary losses involving less than ten thousand dollars to a victim of the unlawful act isguilty of an aggravated misdemeanor. 2. A person who commits an unlawful act under thissubchapter and who causes pecuniary losses involving at least ten thousand dollars but less than fiftythousand dollars to a victim of the unlawful act is guilty of a class “D” felony. 3. A person who commits an unlawful act under thissubchapter and who causes pecuniary losses involving at least fiftythousand dollars to a victim of the unlawful act isguilty of a class “C” felony.
