The governor shall establish the office of the administrative rules coordinator, and appoint itsstaff, which shall be a part of the governor’s office. The administrative rules coordinator shall receive allnotices and rules adopted pursuant to chapter 17A and provide the governor with an opportunity to review and object to any rule as provided in chapter 17A.
