The final judgment in any suit under this chapter shall constitute a complete bar to any action by the claimant, by reason of the same subject matter, against the state or the employee ofthe state whose act or omission gave rise to the claim. However, this section shall not apply ifthe court rules that the claim isnot permitted under this chapter. C93, §669.8
