For purposes of sections 615.1, 615.3, 628.28, 654.2D, 654.20, 654.21, and 654.26, property shall be deemedthe residence of and occupied by the mortgagorwhere occupation has ceased because of the effects of natural disaster, injury to the property not willfully caused by the mortgagor, or the mortgagor’s national guard duty or federal active duty as those terms are defined in section 29A.1.
