When the plaintiff desires the immediate delivery of the property, the plaintiff shall execute a bond to the defendant, with sureties to be approved by the clerk, in a penalty atleast equal totwice the value of the property sought to be taken, conditioned that the plaintiff will appear incourt on or beforethe day fixed in the original notice, and prosecute the action to judgment, and return the property, if a return is awarded, and pay all costs and damages that may be adjudged against the plaintiff.
