Judgment — satisfaction — special execution

Ifjudgment is rendered for the plaintiff in any case inwhich an attachment has been issued, the court shall apply, in satisfaction thereof, any money seized by or paid to the sheriff under such attachment and by the sheriff delivered to the clerk, and any money arising from the sales of perishable property, and if the same isnot sufficient to satisfy the plaintiff’s claim, the court shall order the issuance of a special execution for the sale of any other attached property which may be under the sheriff’s control.
