Determination and sale

Ifthey are ofthe opinion that the property requires soonto be disposed of,they shallspecify inwriting a day beyond which they do not deem itprudent that itshould be kept in the hands ofthe sheriff. Ifsuch day occurs before the trialday, the sheriff shall thereupon give the same notice as for sale of goods on execution, and for the same length of time, unless the condition ofthe property renders a more immediate sale necessary. The sale shall be made accordingly. Ifthe defendant gives written consent, such sale may be made without such finding.
