A fiduciary not governedby the probate code may filethereceipt described insection 636.32 with the fiduciary’s final report, and ifit shallbemade to appear to thesatisfactionof the court that the fiduciary has in all other respects complied with the law governing the fiduciary’s appointment and duties, the court may approve such final report and enter the fiduciary’s discharge.
