Upon the removal of any fiduciary, the fiduciary shall be required by order of the court to deliver to the person who may be entitled thereto allthe property in the fiduciary’s hands or under the fiduciary’s control belonging to the estate, and if the fiduciary fails or refuses to comply with any proper order of the court, the fiduciary may be committed to the jailof the county until the fiduciary does.
