Conservator’s right to possession

Every conservator shall have a right to, and shall take, possession of allof the real and personal property of the protected person. The conservator shall pay the taxes and collect the income therefrom until the conservatorship isterminated. The conservator may maintain an action for the possession of the property, and to determine the titleto the same.
