Except as herein otherwise provided, every fiduciary shall execute and filewith the clerk a bond with sufficient surety or sureties, as hereinafter provided. Itshall be conditioned upon the faithful discharge of all the duties of the fiduciary’s office according to law, including the duty to account. It shall be procured at the expense of the estate, if an approved surety company bond is furnished.
