If judgment isrendered against a fiduciary for costs in any action prosecuted or defended by the fiduciary in that capacity, execution shall be awarded against the fiduciary as for the fiduciary’s own debt, ifit appears to the court that such action was prosecuted or defended without reasonable cause.
