At the time of commencing any action or proceeding in any court of this state, the foreign fiduciary shall filewith the court an authenticated copy of the fiduciary’s appointment, and of the fiduciary’s official bond, ifthe fiduciary has given a bond. If the court believes that the security furnished by the fiduciary in the domiciliary administration isinsufficient to cover the proceeds of the action or the proceeding, or for any other reason or cause, itmay at any time order the action or proceeding stayed until sufficient security isfurnished in the action or proceeding.
