Before any instrument executed by such foreign fiduciaryorofficer as authorized by section 633.144shall be effective, acertificate executed by the courtorclerk making the appointment, with seal attached, ifsuch officer has a seal, shall be recorded. Such certificates shall state the name of the court making such appointment, the date of the appointment, and that such fiduciary or officer has not been discharged at the time of the execution of said instrument.
