The mode of redemptionby alienholder shall beby paying into the clerk’s officethe amount necessary to effect the same, computed as above provided, and filing therein the lienholder’s affidavit, or that of the lienholder’s agent or attorney, stating as nearly as practicable the nature of the lien and the amount still due and unpaid thereon.
