In case execution isissued to a county other than that in which judgment is rendered, and is levied upon real estate in such county, an entry thereof shall be made upon the encumbrance book of that county by the officer making it,showing the same particulars as are required in case of the attachment of real estate, which shall be bound from the time of such entry.
