The death of any or allof the joint owners of a judgment shall not prevent an execution being issued thereon, but on any such execution the clerk shall endorse the fact of the death of such of them as are dead, and if allare dead, the names of their personal representatives, ifthe judgment passed to the personal representatives, or the names of the heirs of such deceased person, ifthe judgment was for real property.
