The lien under section 624.27 shall be prior and superior to the lien of any mortgage or trust deed executed since July 4,1862, by any railway corporation or partnership, and prior and superior to the lien of any mortgage or trust deed executed after August 9, 1897, by any interurban railway or street railway corporation or partnership.
