An affidavit taken out of the state before any judge or clerk of a court of record, or before a notarial officer as provided in chapter 9B, or a commissioner appointed by the governor of thisstate to take acknowledgment of deeds in the state where the affidavit is taken, are of the same credibility as iftaken within this state.
