An action or proceedings shall not be brought in any court of this state for the purpose of renewing or extending such judgment. Provided, however, that nothing herein shall prevent the continuance of such judgment inforce against the property subject to foreclosure only for alonger period by the voluntarywritten stipulation of the judgment creditor and the equitable titleholders, filed in the action or proceedings.
