When court is held at a place that isnot the county seat, all of the provisions of the Code relating to district courtsare applicable, except as follows: All proceedings inthe court have, within the territory over which the court has jurisdiction, the same force and effect as though ordered in the court at the county seat, but transcripts of judgments and decrees, levies of writs of attachment upon real estate, mechanics’ liens, lispendens, sales of real estate, redemption, satisfaction of judgments and mechanics’ liens, and dismissals or decrees in lis pendens, together with allother matters affecting titles to real estate, shall be certifiedby the clerk’s designee to the clerk of district court at the county seat who shall immediately enter them upon the records at the county seat.
