The state court administrator shall cause the publication of opinions of the judges of the court of appeals in accordance with rules prescribed by the supreme court. Section 602.4106 applies to decisions of the court of appeals. The state court administrator shall cause the publication of abstracts of alldecisions for which written opinions are not published.
