1. Process of the court of appeals shall be styled: “In the Court of Appeals of Iowa”. 2. The supreme court may adopt a seal for the court of appeals. Upon adoption, the clerk of the supreme court shall filea facsimile and description of the design in the office of the secretary of state. Judicial notice shall be taken of the official seal of the court of appeals.
