The right to practice law inthis state shall be renewed in multiyear intervals by the supreme court upon such conditions as the court shall determine. Any moneys received from those persons admitted topractice law and which are designated for aclient security fund or similar fund created by the supreme court shall be separately retained and administered by said court in accordance with rules promulgated by it.
