Allexecutionsalesheretofore had wherein the execution officer has failed toendorseon the execution the day and hour when received, the levy, sale, or other act done by virtue thereof, with the date thereof, the dates and amounts of anyreceipts or payment insatisfaction thereof atthe time ofthe receipt or act done, or has failed to endorse thereon, an exact description of the property levied upon at length with the date of levy, be and the same are hereby legalized and declared to be legal and valid as if allof the provisions of laws as required by sections 11664 through 11668.1, Code 1939, had been in all respects strictly and fully complied with.
