All decrees of the courts ofthis statemade and entered of record in actions brought toannul amarriage in which the service ofthe original notice was made by publication in the manner provided by law for actions for divorce are hereby legalized and validated as fully and to the same extent as ifthe statute at the time such suit was instituted had provided for service of the original notice by publication in the time and manner aforesaid.
