Except as provided in this section, section554.9322shall govern the priority of a harvester’s lien that is effective or perfected as provided in section 571.3. 1. A harvester’s lien that is effective but not perfected under section 571.3 shall have priority as provided in section 554.9322. §571.3A, HARVESTER’S LIEN 2 2. A harvester’s lien that is perfected under section 571.3 shall have priority over a conflicting security interest in harvested crops regardless of when such security interest is perfected. A perfected harvester’s lien shall have priority over a conflicting landlord’s lien as provided in chapter 570, regardless of when such landlord’s lien is perfected.
