Contest court for contest of public measure — appeal

The court for the trial of a contested election on a public measure shall consist of five districtcourt judges, appointed by the chief justice of the supreme court by January 30 of each odd-numbered year. The decision of the contest court may be appealed to the supreme court. Sectionamended
