As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. “Animal feeding operation” means the same as defined in section 459.102. 2. “Farm tenancy” means a leaseholdinterest in land held by a personwho produces crops or provides forthe care and feeding oflivestock on theland, including by grazing or supplying feed to the livestock. 3. “Livestock” means the same as defined in section 717.1.
