A transcript of the record of any instrument affecting real estate, certified as provided in section 558.12, shall be entitled to record in the office of the recorder of any other county in whichis situated anyof the real estateaffected by such instrument. The effectof the recording of transcript shall be the same as the recording of the original instrument.
