This Article modifies, limits, and supersedes thefederalElectronic Signatures inGlobal and National Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C. §7001 et seq., except that nothing in this Article modifies, limits,or supersedes §7001(c) ofthat Actorauthorizes electronic delivery of anyof the notices described in §7003(b) of that Act.
