Iowa Code § 536.7A

Change in control — approval

The prior written approval of the superintendent is required whenever a change in control of the licensee is proposed. For purposes of this section, “control” means control as defined in section 524.103. The superintendent may require information deemed necessary to determine whether a new application isrequired. When requesting approval, the person shall submit a fee of one hundred dollars to the superintendent.
