Deposits in the names of two or more individuals

When a deposit is made in a state credit union inthe names of two or more individuals that ispayable to any one or more of them or ispayable to the survivor or survivors, the deposit, including interest, or any part, may be paid to any one or more of the individuals, whether or not the others are living. The receipt or a quittance of the individuals who are paid is a valid and sufficient release and discharge ofthe state credit union for any payment made pursuant to this section.
