Suspension or restriction of services

1. A state credit union may suspend or deny certain services to members who have done any of the following: a. Caused a loss to the state credit union. b. Violated the membership agreement or any policy adopted by the board. c. Been physically or verbally abusive to state credit union members or staff. 2. Members with suspended services may maintain a share account and continue to vote at annual and special meetings.
