Absentee ballots — reports

1. Beginning on the first day that absentee ballots are mailed in each primary and general election and each special election pursuant to section 69.14, and through election day, the state commissioner shall publish a report regarding absentee ballots on a daily basis. The report shall include, at a minimum, all of the following information: a. The number of absentee ballot request forms received by a county commissioner. b. The number of absentee ballots sent by a county commissioner. c. The total number of absentee ballots received by a county commissioner, and the total delivered by each of the following methods: (1) Mail. (2) Delivery to a drop box. (3) Delivery by hand. (4) Voted in person at a satellite location. 2. Each county commissioner shall provide all information necessary under this section to the state commissioner in a manner prescribed by the state commissioner.
