Publication of authorization to do business

1. A state bank shall cause to be published once within two weeks after the issuance by the superintendent of the authorization to do business, in a newspaper of general circulation published in the municipal corporation which is the principal place of business of the state bank, or ifthere is none, a newspaper of general circulation published in the county, or in a county adjoining the county, in which the state bank has itsprincipal place of business, a notice which shall state allof the following: a. The name of the state bank, the address of its principal place of business, and the date of the issuance of the authorization to do business. b. The names and addresses of the members of the initial board of directors as designated in the articles of incorporation. c. That the shareholders shall not be personally liable for the debts and obligations of the state bank. 2. Proof of publication, by affidavit of the publisher of the newspaper in which it was made, shall be filed with the superintendent, and is conclusive evidence of the fact.
