Failure to file report or make statement

1. Any person whose duty it is to make statements or file reports as may be required by this chapter, and who willfully neglects or refuses to perform such duty, shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor. 2. A state bank which fails to furnish to the superintendent the statement of condition required within the time required by this chapter, or failsto furnish the superintendent any report or other information the superintendent is legally authorized to request, within ten days of the superintendent’s request therefor, or within the time required by this chapter, shall pay to the superintendent a penalty of fifty dollars for each day of delinquency, unless prior to such delinquency the superintendent has extended the time within which the same may be filed. 3. Any officer or employee who violates section 524.709 shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor.
