Within thirty days after an application for conversion has been accepted for processing, the mutual corporation, mutual holding company, federal mutual association, or federal mutual holding company shall publish a notice of the delivery of the articles of conversion to the superintendent in a newspaper of general circulation published inthe municipal corporation or unincorporated area in which the mutual corporation, mutual holding company, federal mutual association, or federal mutual holding company has itsprincipal place of business, or ifthere isnone, a newspaper of general circulation published in the county, or in a county adjoining the county, in which the mutual corporation, mutual holding company, federal mutual association, or federal mutual holding company has itsprincipal place of business. A copy of the notice shall also be posted on the internet site of the mutual corporation, mutual holding company, federal mutual association, or federal mutual holding company for at least thirty days. The notice shall set forth the information required by the superintendent.
