All policies or contracts of insurance except surety bonds made or entered into by the company may be made either with or without the seal ofthe company, but shall be subscribed by the president, or such other officer as may be designated by the directors for that purpose, and be attested to by the secretary or the secretary’s designee of the company. A group motor vehicle or group homeowners policy shall not be written or delivered within this state unless such policy isan individual policy or contract form.
