The articles of incorporation, and any subsequent amendments, of an organization shall be filedwith and approved by the commissioner of insurance before filing with the secretary of state. An organization shall filewith the commissioner bylaws and subsequent amendments to the bylaws within thirty days of adoption of the bylaws and amendments.
