Iowa Code § 511.24

Fees from domestic and foreign companies

When not otherwise provided, a foreign or domestic lifeinsurance company doing business in this state shall pay to the commissioner of insurance the following fees: 1. For filing an application to do business, or an application to renew a certificate of authority, fiftydollars. 2. For issuing a certificate of authority to do business in this state, or for renewing a certificate, fifty dollars. 3. For filing amended articles of incorporation, fiftydollars. 4. For issuing an amended certificate of authority, twenty-five dollars. 5. For affixing the official seal to any paper filed with the division, ten dollars.
