Approval by commissioner — contestability of policy

The commissioner of insurance shall decline to approve any such form of policy or contract ofinsurance unless the same shall, in allrespects, conform to the laws of this state applicable thereto. The policy shall be incontestable after it shall have been in force during the lifetime of the insured for two years from itsdate, except for nonpayment of premiums.
