The board may adopt or amend the cooperative’s bylaws by a vote of three-fourths of the board. The members may adopt or amend the cooperative’s bylaws by a vote of three-fourths ofthe votes cast inwhich vote a majority of allvotes are cast. A bylaw provision adopted by the members shall not be amended or repealed by the directors.
