The executivecouncil shallconstitutea board ofcanvassers of allabstracts of votes required to be filed with the state commissioner, except for the offices of governor and lieutenant governor. Any clerical error found by the secretary of state or state board of canvassers shall becorrected by thecountycommissionerina letteraddressed to thestateboard ofcanvassers.
