Patronage dividends to subscribers whose stock or membership isnot fully paid in cash shall be applied toward such paymentuntil itiscompleted. Ifthe articles or bylawsso provide, subscriptions not fully paid within two years may be canceled and all payments or patronage dividends thereon forfeited.
