A registered foreign corporation shall sign and deliver to the secretary of state for filingan amendment to its foreign registration statement if there isa change in any of the following: 1. Itsname or alternate name. 2. Itsjurisdiction of formation, unless its registration isdeemed to have been withdrawn under section 490.1508 or transferred under section 490.1510. 3. An address required by section 490.1503, subsection 1, paragraph “c”.
